Abstract

|
The prognosis of the skin tumors has been shown to highly correlated with sex, location, histologic type, metastasis, In another studies DNA diploidy were associated with a good prognosis.
In order to evaluate the prognostic value of DNA ploidy and its correlation with clinical and histological prognostic factors, flow cytometric DNA analysis was done on frozen samples obtained from 16 patients with skin tumors (malignant melanoma:
